By accessing or using this website (metanoiastellar.com), booking a session, or subscribing to the newsletter, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before engaging with any services offered.

 

1. General Information

This website and all services offered are operated by Metanoia Stellar (Lola Elunara), based in Germany. The content provided here, including astrology sessions, mentoring, and blog posts, is for informational and personal development purposes only.

The services offered do not substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment, and I do not hold a license as a therapist or medical professional. If you are experiencing mental health issues, please consult a qualified healthcare provider.

 

2. Services Offered

I offer:

• Personalized astrology readings

• Therapeutic-style mentoring sessions (non-clinical)

• Blog content and resources

• Occasional digital products or downloads

Sessions are conducted via video call (Zoom or similar), and booked through Calendly.

3. Booking & Payment

To secure your session, you need to send over an amount of either 40€ or 60€ prior to the session. Once you have done that, you will receive further instructions from me via mail. 

 

4. Rescheduling & Cancellations

All payments are non-refundable.

If you need to reschedule your session, you must notify me at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. Rescheduling requests must be sent to metanoia.stellar@gmail.com or via Instagram DM (@metanoia.stellar).

If notice is given less than 24 hours before the session, the session will be considered missed and cannot be refunded or rescheduled.

5. No Guarantees

Astrology and mentoring sessions are tools for self-reflection and insight. They do not offer guaranteed results. The client is always responsible for their own decisions, actions, and wellbeing.

 

6. Email & Data Collection

When signing up for the newsletter, your email address and any other submitted information will be stored securely and will not be shared with third parties.

You may unsubscribe at any time via the link in the footer of any email.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website - including text, graphics, logos, and session materials - is the intellectual property of Metanoia Stellar, unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce content without prior written permission.
