For two years I have studied specifically the therapeutic aspects of Astrology.
Diving into the art of listening, asking the right questions and recognizing the deeper patterns that live beneath the surface.
My training has centered around learning how to hold space without trying to fix, how to stay with the discomfort without rushing to interpret, and how to use astrology not as a tool for labeling - but as a mirror.
I am not a trained therapist.
Only a fellow human being, that has delegated the suffering of this human experience and
carved my way out of the darkness.
As someone who repressed their emotions for many years, I know very well how it feels to slowly, gently, and sometimes painfully open up again. To remember what was forgotten.
To come into contact again with parts of you that once felt too overwhelming to touch.
To fully meet the shame, the guilt, the self-hatred within our own psyche
and not shy away from it.
I have walked through deep depression, anxiety, self-harm, toxic relationships and periods of existential crisis. I've guided myself, step by step, through the dark. Not only that, but I've reprogrammed my mind that once insulted me daily into a space of peace, self trust and support. My biggest teacher tho has always been my own body.
Through many years of sickness and physical pain,
I slowly dismantled my chronic disease and learned to befriend my body again,
and recognize it again as my greatest teacher and guide.
Lastly, I want to mention that I've grown up around addiction. I have seen the whole spectrum of it. I've developed deep awareness about our reasons as to why we tend to escape reality.
My experience has taught me to recognize the underlying emotional and behavioral patterns that drive addiction, and I support individuals in exploring the root causes with care and depth. In 2023, I lost my oldest brother to addiction. I dedicate what I do to him.
Through my own experience combined with trauma-informed studies,
I am deeply committed to support you, in your becoming and unfolding.
