Month 2:
III. PREPARATION
Prep time. During this call we'll discuss all the details for our upcoming shoot. Mood board. Location. Outfit. Lighting. Symbolism. Every element is going to be intentional. This is where your creativity gets invited into the space.
IV. THE DESCENT
The ritual begins.
A five-hour journey for you to fully, get into your
unique archetypal expression - in your own time.
There won't be any rushing, nor awkward posing.
Through somatic practices, I will guide you to feel exactly
how this archetype wants to move through you.
How it lives in your bones, your tissues, your breath.
Then when you're ready, we'll move into the photoshoot.
V. INTEGRATION
After two weeks time, we meet for our final session.
We'll discuss what has shifted, what the images evoke in you, and most importantly how to continue embodying this frequency beyond our time together.
What the journey holds
Month 1:
I. REVELATION
We will start with your astrological blueprint reading - but not the kind you've had before.
My readings are different to those of many others.
Two years of existential psychotherapy training changed everything about how I work with charts. I’m the born bridge between therapist and the friend who gets you.
My readings have a depth many don’t even know astrology can hold.
And you know why? Because most astrologers give too much power to the chart and its symbols. You know who truly has the answers and holds the most power?
You. And together, you and I, can work side by side to make yourself see that.
You will get the usual - and understanding of all your houses and planets, but more so, I will meet you where you're at and we will focus on the emotions moving through you, not some cryptic fluffy stuff.
II. IMMERSION
This will be a mythological deep dive. Ancient stories. Goddesses and gods.
Myths that have survived millennia because they map human evolution.
I read them to you. You sit back and listen.
And your body tells us which one is yours to embody.
Archetypes don’t just live in stories.
They live in our bodies, our desires, our fears, our patterns.
And when we consciously begin to work with them, they slowly guide us back toward the parts of ourselves we had to leave behind.
